Returns

As your partner, we are committed to meeting your expectations. Since our products are fulfilled by CJdropshipping and shipped directly from China, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and restocking fees may apply. Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return is received back at our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
